MEET MEAGHAN
I see homes a little bit differently.
After more than 20 years on Wall Street, I built a career around seeing what others might miss—understanding value, asking the right questions and knowing when an opportunity was worth pursuing.
Today, I bring that same perspective to Long Island real estate.
I’m drawn to the house with beautiful proportions hiding behind dated finishes, the original details worth saving, and the possibilities that aren’t always obvious at first glance.
My job is to help you see both sides of the equation: what a home could become—and whether the value is there to pursue it.
A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL
Apparently, I have a thing for potential.
I’m a mom of four, an Orangetheory coach, a two-time Ironman finisher and a HYROX competitor. I love old homes, beautiful architecture and discovering the details that give a house its character.
Whether I’m coaching someone through a difficult workout or guiding a client through a real estate decision, my approach is the same:
See what’s possible. Have a strategy. Do the work.
MY PERSPECTIVE
The numbers matter. So does the life you’re building.
I spent more than 20 years on Wall Street learning to look beyond what was immediately in front of me—to understand value, recognize opportunity and ask the questions that matter before making a decision.
I approach real estate the same way.
I’m rarely distracted by an ugly kitchen or dated wallpaper. I’m looking at the things that are harder to change: location, layout, light, proportions, architectural character and long-term value. Sometimes the best opportunity is the house everyone else overlooked.
Rooted here
Long Island is also home. I’ve lived in Garden City for more than a decade, raising four children here with my husband. I know these communities not just through market data, but through schools, sports, local businesses, neighborhood traditions and everyday life.
That perspective matters because buying a home isn’t simply about finding the right property. It’s about understanding the life that comes with it.
SEE THE POTENTIAL. KNOW THE VALUE.
I believe the best real estate decisions happen when vision and judgment work together.

Local Guides
Long Island isn’t just where I work — it’s home.
I’ve called Garden City home for more than a decade — my children were all born here, attend school here, and play here.
I know that choosing a home is also choosing the life around it — the commute, the schools, the routines, the community.
That perspective matters to me, and I understand how important it is to both buyers and sellers.
